Unfortunately, scheduling SMS messages isn't possible. For this feature to work, your laptop would need to be on with Excel open at the exact time the message is scheduled to send. Imagine you're busy on your computer and suddenly, the SMS tool pops up and starts sending messages — it could be quite disruptive. Also, you would need to have the Pushbullet app running on your phone at the same time. There are just too many things that could go wrong with this setup.
I know other services offer scheduled SMS, but they don't use your local phone number. This means they're not tied to your personal phone or computer to send the message. I hope this makes things clearer.
